Synopsis: Now that fire season is upon us, this class will review some basic and advanced procedures and techniques for fire dispatchers during major incidents. Jackie offers many years of experience and expertise in this area of Fire Dispatching...law enforcement dispatchers are encouraged and welcome to participate as we all ultimately work together as a team.
INSTRUCTOR: Jackie Jenkins of Montecito Fire Protection District
Jackie Jenkins is the communications Coordinator for the Montecito Fire Protection District. She has been a fire dispatcher since 1985 and a supervisor since 1989. Jackie is qualified as Intel Specialist III, Initial Attack Dispatcher, Aircraft Dispatcher, Expanded Dispatch Support Dispatcher, Expanded Dispatch Supervisor (T), Public Information Officer (T), Ordering Manager (T), and Training Specialist (T) within the incident command system at fire emergencies.
